If you are familiar with Ms. Rowena's brainteasers then you could get this.
IF you know my number already, give me a solution. The next person will be the one who answered it correctly.

I am obviously a 7 digit number.

The last two numbers are exact.
There is a 0 after a dash.
The Devil's common number is first than last.
Yet. I add all up to 29.
24 is the product of digit 2 and 3. The bigger number is first.
